Wood pellet machine is a new energy equipment for biomass, which is a pelletizing equipment for the production of wood pellets. It is designed for processing various kinds of solid wood materials such as furniture wood waste ,branch ,wood sawdust ,wood shaving etc .The material is crushed and then pressed by pellet machine becoming into high density pellet . Wood pellets are the most commonly used fuel in pellet furnaces.

Principle: Ring die speeds highly driving press roller, the material is forced into the pelleting chamber then squeezed into pellets.

The main transmission adopts high-precision gear drives and ring die is in quick-release hoop type which efficiency is 20% higher.

The machine transmission equips with high quality imported bearing and oil seal which ensures transmission efficiency and stability and operating in low noise.

The cutting-edge compensation -type serpentine spring couping has the advantage of scientific structure, compact, safety and low breakdown rate.

To strength working intensity of main parts in material and heat-treating process which reach the requirement of pellets.

To add non-stop refueling system and cooling system results in a smooth and stable operation and reliable pellets quality.
